IT Specialists maintain and improve the technical systems of a company to ensure all employees have the technology they need to complete their work and the company’s important files and information remain safe and intact:
Responsibilities:
- Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems.
- Implement security measures.
- Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements.
- Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems.
- Install and update company software and hardware as needed.
- Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items.
Requirements:
- University degree in computer science or computer engineering at least 1 year working experience in related field.
- Knowledge about camera and security system, ZKTime.Net.
- Experience in designing data collection, storage, analysis, and reporting.
- Proficient in written and spoken Kurdish, English Languages and Arabic is a plus.
- Good writing and/or reporting skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and giving required training to company employees.
