Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Assistant to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate will support the Purchase Manager in various purchasing activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient purchasing process.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the procurement of goods and services in accordance with company policies.
Maintain and update purchase orders and supplier information.
Communicate with vendors regarding order status, discrepancies, and delivery schedules.
Help maintain inventory levels and assist with inventory management.
Prepare and analyze purchasing reports and data.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand purchasing needs and requirements.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Language Requirements: Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Turkish is an advantage.
